Worked as a Project in charge for Operation and Maintenance of MBF-2 unit. (Mini Blast Furnace) with 68 manpower.

 Worked as a Site in charge for Operation and maintenance of MILLS area (Blooming Mill, Bar and Rod Mill) with 553 manpower.  Established and maintained a positive collaborative relationship with stakeholders, resulting in faster decision-making and improved project outcomes.  Developed and maintained effective communication channels with all project stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project updates.  Developed and implemented a safety program that reduced site-related injuries

I joined in Hofincons as a Turbine Field Operator on 2006. I got my first promotion on 2007 as a Turbine DCS Operator. I got my second promotion on 2009 as a Shift in charge. Then I got my third promotion on 2012 as a Senior Engineer. After that I got my fourth promotion on 2016 as an Asst. Manager Operation as well as Area in charge.  Operation and maintenance of Steam Generators WHRB Boiler-1no (45TPH) and Package boiler-2 no’s (3.7TPH & 5.2TPH) Turbo Generators 5MW Condensed Steam Turbine of M/s Triveni make with Air Cool Condenser, DM Plant with RO Unit, and smelter scrubber unit.
