Vanitha Suresh Ullagaddi

I am a dedicated Nursing Educator with over 10 years of experience in nursing education, clinical training, research and academic administration. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing with specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing (Critical Care Nursing) and am currently pursuing a PhD in Nursing. Throughout my career, I have been committed to delivering high-quality nursing education while fostering professional growth and clinical competence among
students.

My professional qualifications include a Fellowship in Infection Control, Certification in Oncology Nursing, BFHI Trainer and External Assessor credentials, and specialized training in Simulation-Based Education. I have also served as a Faculty Trainer in Simulation Methodology and completed SimBegin training through Laerdal, Norway and India.
In addition to my academic experience, I possess valuable clinical expertise gained through my work in Surgical Oncology ICU, Critical Care, Surgical Nursing, and Dialysis Services. This combination of academic and clinical experience enables me to effectively bridge theory and practice in nursing education.
