Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, specializing in the maintenance and repair of port equipment, including cranes and heavy lifting machinery. The ideal candidate should have expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Routine Maintenance: Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on port equipment (cranes, bulk cargo handling machinery, etc.).
⚙ Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues, including motor controls, PLCs, and pneumatic systems.
📝 Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance reports.
⚠ Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance and repair work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards. Participate in safety audits and training.
🤝 Team Collaboration: Coordinate with technical staff and other departments to manage maintenance schedules efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 Education: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required
🔹 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Welding, Bulk Cargo Handling Equipment, Belt Conveyor Systems, Hopper, and Discharge Chute
🔹 Skills:
✔ Strong troubleshooting expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
✔ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and line diagrams
